Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Genie Perks. By signing up, you agree to them. We've tried to write them in plain English. If something isn't clear, email support@getgenieperks.comand we'll explain.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a resident of the United States.
- You can only have one account per person.
2. How earning works
- You earn by completing surveys, submitting receipts, connecting retailer accounts, and other activities we display in the app. Each activity shows the reward before you start.
- Rewards are credited to your balance. Your balance is tracked in US dollars.
- We may adjust, delay, or reverse rewards if we detect fraud, duplicate submissions, or abuse of the service.
3. Payouts
- Minimum cash-out is $5.00.
- Payouts are delivered via our processor (Tremendous). You choose the method: Visa prepaid card, Amazon gift card, PayPal, and others depending on what's available.
- If your cumulative earnings in a calendar year reach $600, we are required by US tax law to collect a W-9 before we can process additional payouts. This is a standard IRS requirement for 1099-NEC reporting, not something we control.
- Payouts typically deliver within a few minutes but can take up to 72 hours depending on the method you choose.
4. What you can't do
- No multiple accounts. One person, one account. We detect and suspend duplicates.
- No fake receipts or fabricated orders. Tampering, duplicate submissions, or AI-generated receipts will result in suspension and forfeiture of balance.
- No automated access.Don't scrape, bot, or otherwise programmatically interact with Genie Perks outside our published API.
- No referral fraud.Don't create accounts to refer yourself. Don't use paid traffic to drive referrals. We review referral patterns and clawback bonuses when we see abuse.
- No misuse of survey content.Survey questions and content are confidential; don't share them publicly.
Violations can lead to account suspension, forfeiture of your balance, and permanent ban.
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- If you connect a retailer or email account, you're responsible for having the right to share that data with us.
- Keep your profile accurate. Profile data is used to match you to surveys — inaccurate data can disqualify your responses.
6. Our responsibilities
- Pay you for legitimate activity we accept.
- Protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
7. Account closure
- You can close your account at any time.
- We can close or suspend your account if you violate these terms, if the service changes in a way that ends your eligibility, or if we're required to by law.
- If you close your account with a balance above the minimum cash-out threshold, we will honor the payout if there are no fraud flags. Balances below $5 cannot be cashed out and are forfeit on closure.
8. No warranty; limit of liability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific earning amount or that surveys will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount of your balance at the time of the claim.
9. Disputes
Contact us first: support@getgenieperks.com. We'll try to resolve any issue within 30 days. Disputes that can't be resolved are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you agree to bring any claim in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes
If we update these terms in a material way, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the changes.
